Funding programmes
SNS Bank and SNS REAAL utilise a number of funding programmes. One of the programmes SNS Bank has access to is a euro medium-term bond programme up to a maximum of € 25 billion, which is used to issue listed and unlisted bonds.
Of that sum, € 9.9 billion was outstanding at the end of 2010. SNS Bank is flexible in the issue of both listed and unlisted bonds and issues both straightforward ‘plain vanilla’ bonds and structured medium-term bonds. SNS REAAL has access to a euro medium-term bond programme up to a maximum of € 2 billion, which is used to issue listed and unlisted bonds. Of that sum, € 0.8 billion was outstanding at the end of 2010. SNS REAAL is flexible in the issue of straightforward ‘plain vanilla’ bonds and structured medium-term bonds.

SNS REAAL
SNS REAAL N.V.’s funding activities on the capital markets are limited. SNS REAAL N.V. has access to a medium-term note programme to a maximum of € 2 billion.
