Transparency is one of the main themes of SNS REAAL. For that reason you will find here articles of association together with our internal rules, which all serve as the basis of our organisation and our way of working.
If and insofar as managing directors and supervisory directors of SNS REAAL or its business units are obligated to report their private investment transactions to the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), the AFM will include these transactions in the appropriate public register of the AFM. This register can be consulted at the AFMs website.
