Ronald Latenstein van Voorst (1964) has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 2002 to 2009. In April 2009 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). After completing his Bachelors degree in economics (international management), Mr. Latenstein Van Voorst received his Masters degree in business administration. He also followed various executive programmes at Harvard and Insead. After having occupied various national and international financial management positions, including at Randstad Dienstengroep and Thomas Cook, Mr. Latenstein Van Voorst joined SNS REAAL in 1995. In addition to his position as CFO of the Company, he was also a member of the Board of SNS Bank Nederland. In 2001, he moved to Bank Insinger de Beaufort, where he was member of the executive board with the title of CFO for just over eighteen months. At the end of 2002, Mr. Latenstein Van Voorst returned to SNS REAAL.

Rien Hinssen (1956) is a member of the Executive Board of SNS REAAL since 1999. Mr. Hinssen studied Dutch law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and received his Masters degree in financial and economic management at the University of Brabant. After having occupied various positions at Rabobank, Mr. Hinssen joined SNS Bank in 1982. He acted as District Director for North and Central-Limburg and was subsequently appointed director of SNS Bank Brabant-Rivierenland N.V. Since 1997, he has been a member of the board of SNS Bank, holding the position of chairman since 1999. In the same year, he joined the Executive Board of SNS REAAL.

Ference Lamp (1971) was appointed CFO in April 2009 and has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Since 2000, Ference Lamp had been working for Lehman Brothers. His final position was Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Group, which is responsible for advising financial institutions in the Benelux. From 1996 until 2000, he worked at Fortis Investment Bank in Amsterdam as Associate Corporate Finance & Capital Markets, among other positions. As from 1 September 2009 Dick Okhuijsen (1965) is employed at SNS REAAL as intended member of the Group Executive Board*. He studied, amongst other things, Applied Mathematics, MBA, and the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard School of Business. He started his career in 1990 at Nationale Nederlanden, en after several jobs at Nationale Nederlanden as well as at ING Group, he was appointed CEO of ING Life Insurance Company Ltd. Japan in 2008.
